Shipping
Orders will be shipped within two business days of purchase via standard USPS in the continental United States, free of charge. Shipments may take up to 14 business days to arrive and additional time may be required during holidays. For an additional charge, you may request your merchandise be upgraded to 3-day, 2-day or overnight shipment. Please contact customerservice@eclectikid.com to ensure shipping upgrade is available. If you ever need a purchase shipped somewhere other than your billing address, please contact customerservice@eclectikid.com with the address to which you wish to have your purchase sent and we will be sure to accommodate your shipping needs.
Note: All orders shipped to Washington State will be charged 8% sales tax.
Return Policy
Purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final sales and may not be returned. A copy of the original receipt must accompany the items to be returned. Items in original condition will be refunded the full price less expedited shipping and return shipping. Ship items back via a traceable service, i.e. UPS or USPS, with a delivery confirmation. Eclectikid is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment back to Eclectikid. Once the return/exchange is complete your credit card will be reimbursed within one billing cycle.
